Josh called right after I was on line with Home Advisor. He came out the next day to see what I wanted done. I asked him to wait until after the Holidays to start the work. He notified me on January 2, 2018 when he would be out to start the job. He and his helper was very polite and courteous, and very business like. I love the job he did for us hanging two outdoor fans and running electrical lines with switches for the light and fan, 3 electrical plugs, running some additional switches in the basement and hanging 3 outside lights.. In the future if I need an Electrician I will be calling Armato Electric.

Joshua from Armato Electric responded to my online inquiry to HomeAdvisor immediately after I posted it. He graciously accommodated my specific service call scheduling need and "fit me in" late in the day. On site, he was quickly able to pinpoint my circuitry loose connection problem which he corrected along with checking out & tightening all connection points in the electrical panel. I was very pleased with his quality customer service attitude along with his technical thoroughness. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call upon them if needed again.

I hired Armato Electric to hang several light fixtures. The most challenging was a cast iron chandelier that needed to be hung 25 feet up and above a flight of stairs. I was impressed with the planning that Josh put into making this job safe for himself and my antique light fixture.

They did exactly what I asked them to do. They did it at the time we agreed upon and they did it for a reasonable price. I’m not sure that you can ask any contractor for more than that. But we got more. They were courteous, cooperative and gave us good advice as to how to proceed. Really fine company. They are my go to electricians.
“First, when all other electrical companies in the area only offered voicemail with no info of when you might get a callback, Armato answered the phone. This is an example to all companies in the area of how a professional company should operate.
Second, Armato Electric gave their current service schedule with options. The options included when they could arrive with onsite fee and per hour rates, but offered emergency service with an emergency onsite fee quote. This is another example to all companies in the area of how a professional company should operate.
Third, Armato showed up within a few hours for our emergency call as quoted on the phone. Standing by your word means everything to customer service.
Fourth, Josh arrived and was very friendly and professional. He listened to all of the info we provided before looking into the problem. Within an hour of the call he determined root cause of the problem tracing it down to the wiring in the 2 year old Carrier heating unit in our basement. Despite not being an HVAC expert, he resolved the electrical problem and got our heating back on.
When you haven’t had heat in 24 hours with temps dipping in the 20s, the HVAC company you called out to fix the problem gave up, still charged you an onsite call fee and then you finally get a real professional that knows what they’re doing and gets your heat back on, you’re more than happy to pay the emergency fee for real service and glad you got it.

I called them and had them come out and give me an estimate to put in a check switch so I was able to run my generator into the cabin during power outages. I needed to run most appliances, satellite system, and Wi-Fi as I run my phone off Wi-Fi and depend on it as I don't get a cell signal. I had a few other estimates but Armato Electric by far not only had better ideas to accomplish what I wanted and what needed to be done but also very competitive in their pricing and their work is outstanding. I have used it a few times during the frequent power outages we get in North Blue Ridge and am so pleased with their work,I am having other work done by them as far as a ceiling fan outside and some security lighting and an additional outlet put on my Deck... They are very courteous and professional and prompt in returning calls..They show up when they say they are and I have nothing but good things to say about them.... If you're looking for a very professional Electrician and electrical company you will not go wrong by hiring Armato Electric.
